A Little About Me


My name is Kyle, and I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I’m just a guy who loves barbell sports, and all things athletics and performance, and who believes deeply in empowerment through education.
I've been in the performance space since 2014, and the rehab space since 2021. From collegiate weight rooms to private sports performance and training facilities to sports-focused PT facilities, I've worked with athletes ranging from high schoolers to Olympians.


I'd always hoped to bring a new approach to performance and rehab, but I consistently ran into the same two issues in both sectors: 1) an emphasis on dependency, and 2) gatekeeping of information.
As much as I'd love to say I chose this path, in many ways it chose me.
Because I wholeheartedly disagree with systems that foster dependency and treat information as proprietary, I knew that something different was needed. And so, AthletIQ Resilience was born out of necessity and my desire to provide a service and the education I knew athletes deserved.


Knowledge is a gift and few things are capable of changing someones life and circumstances as dramatically as transparent education and the facilitation of autonomy.
My mission is simple: to help you do for yourself what others would happily charge you to manage for a lifetime.
I'm here to facilitate engagement and critical thought, to equip you with the skills and knowledge that are so often guarded. Being a great athlete is about more than simply being strong; it's about being able to manage all aspects of being an athlete, from training to recovery to rehab to lifestyle.


Despite being cliche, this saying still holds true: 'give someone a fish and they'll eat for a day but teach them to fish and they'll eat for a lifetime.' I'm here to teach you the 'how' and 'why' instead of simply telling you to 'do something,' or even worse, doing it for you.
My goal is to ensure you can confidently walk away when we're done working together because you no longer need me around. I want you to become your own best asset, so you can stop outsourcing your health and performance.
